Like most introverts I love playing video games and reading books and watching Disney movies. Although all of that is important I’ve come to realize that what really touches my heart is that which pertains to my own family. It may be because I go to Brigham Young University, the epitome of family, or it could be because my major is Marriage and Family science that I like to speculate family relations. My current family has taught me a lot and, although daunting, I have to prepare for my future family and continue learning and growing. This is why I want to find different opinions, backgrounds, and experiences from the wonderful on-lookers of my blog. So, please help me explore the roles of family and understand what is truth.

I’m an engaged college student at BYU-I, and yes it’s a joke. Not the school! I love going here because this is the best college! However, most of you have heard that this is the dating school, and it’s true, so being engaged counts me out of quite a few friendships. I am excited about marriage and family, and I hope my experiences babysitting and dealing with my goofball brothers helps me pull through! I may be a newbie at life and inept in most things, but at least I’m learning more every year.
